A 4-day promise — and how we keep it
Speed without compromise is the result of obsessive planning. Every padel court we ship is broken down into a precise bill of materials and a day-by-day schedule before a single panel leaves our Ajman facility. Our crews arrive on site with everything pre-cut, pre-labeled and sequenced.
Day 1 — Foundations & layout
We verify levels, mark out playing dimensions per WPT standards, and prepare the base. For existing slabs we run a flatness scan; for new pours we use fast-cure concrete with embedded anchor plates.
Day 2 — Structural frame
Hot-dip galvanised steel posts and tempered glass panels go up in tandem. Each panel is torque-checked and aligned with laser levels.
Day 3 — Turf & line marking
Premium 12mm monofilament turf is rolled, glued, sand-infilled and brushed. Lines are pre-tufted, never painted, for tournament-grade durability.
Day 4 — Lighting, net & handover
LED flood lighting is mounted and aimed for zero glare, the net is tensioned to spec, and the court is handed over with a documentation pack and 12-month warranty.
